Commercial Loan Associate
Cape Bank is looking for a full time Commercial Loan Associate. Qualified candidates must have a
minimum of 2 years experience in Commercial Loan processing. Experienced working with both LaserPro
software and Commercial Loans in general preferred. Incumbent will order property & flood searches,
process line of credit draw requests, perform some clerical duties. Duties also include preparation
of loan documents for assigned lenders using LaserPro software programming, coordinating loan
closing packages, establish and update new and existing loan credit & collateral files.
Must have good knowledge of Word, Excel, and LaserPro.
